Dennis Howells'Pannier No. 9466 was announced as a late addition for the Pontypool Blaenavon Railway's September 14-16 steam gala, after last month's RM went to press. It was booked to join previously announced guest locos, ex-Port of Par Bagnall 0-4-OSTs Judy (2572/1936) and Alfred (3058/1953), from the Bodmin Wenford Railway (see also top of this page).
