摘要

Nanocrystalline films of CoPd equiatomic alloy were grown, whose initial state was characterized by microdiffraction patterns as diffuse halo. This state represents a set of randomly disposed close-packed (111)fcc or (001)hcp planes, and the structure features one-dimensional disorder. Crystal structures formed during the relaxation of the initial metastable state were identified.
