Revisions to Medical Gas SOP Manual

B&R Compliance Associates LLC, Philadelphia, revised the Gases and Welding Distributors Association (GAWDA) Medical Gases SOP Manual Program in March. Developed by B&R and GAWDA, the program offers a common medical-gas-compliance platform for independent welding and gases distributors. According to Bob Yoeman, co-founder of B&R, the SOP (standard operating procedure) manual is one element of a larger program that provides distributors "compliance in a box." As such, the program gives distributors tools to follow FDA requirements and to keep up with emerging business opportunities for medical eases.
