Primus Aims to Build 4.8 Million Gallons/Year Cellulose-to-Gasoline Plant

New Jersey-based Primus Green Energy announced February16 that it aims to build a 4.8 million gallons/year biomass-to-liquids (BTL) gasoline plant in eastern Pennsylvania next year.The plant would employ biomass gasification and a “pro-prietary variant” of the ExxonMobil methanol-to-gasoline(MTG) scheme (see Gasification News 09/23/2011).
