Emery Energy Launching Biomass, Coal Gasification Tests in Wyoming

Salt Lake City, Utah-based Emery Energy announced January 4 that it's launching tests of coal and biomass gasification following commissioning of its 10 tons/day "FlexFeed" gasifier test facility at the Western Research Institute in Laramie, Wyo. The new test programs are under contract deals from the state of Wyoming "Clean Coal Technology Fund" and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) biomass program office, according to the company.
