This is an condensed version of the Marketing Report prepared by Al Hatcher and presented to the Council of the Institute in September and is based on the 2003 confidential postal survey which elicited a positive response from Members.The aim was to determine grass roots feedback with regard to Members'needs and visions for the future of the Institute,leading to the identification of potential marketing strategies
