Ensco wins Leviathan rig job

Ensco has won a contract for its ultra-deepwater drillship Ensco DS-7 from Noble Energy to oper-ate offshore Israel. Noble will use the drillship to drill two wells and complete four production wells at the Leviathan gas field development project in the Mediterranean Sea. The contract is expected to start in March 2018 and be completed in December 2018. The work-load includes four one-well priced customer options that if fully exercised would extend the contract into 2020, Ensco said.
