Diseases invok ing the ga.slroinlesl.inc.il tract are relatively common in raptors.1 Indications for a barium follow-up examination may include unresponsive vomiting and diarrhea, abnormal survey radiographic findings suggestive of an obstructive pattern, unexplained organ displacement, loss of abdominal detail suggesting perforation, hemorrhagic diarrhea, history of ingestion of foreign material and chronic unexplained weight loss.
