摘要

The effect of the scale characteristics of the hardening phase on the temperature dependence of the strain hardening and the evolution of the defect subsystem in single crystals of heterophase materials with undeformed particles is investigated within the model including the equations of balance of deformation defects. The role of the mechanisms of generation and annihilation of deformation defects is studied.
