This new machine is based on an Anca TX7+ Universal grinding machine, extended to include a novel disk package changing system and magazine. Instead of the two whell packs, which are normally available on most CNC grinding machines, the magazine stores 15 wheel packs. As a result, the operator now has up to 45 wheels to choose from. Through this expanded capacity, companies wanting to optimise automation in the mass production of cutting tools or to grind complex parts using several wheel packs, can improve their producitvity.
