摘要

Today we conduct the Third All-Russian Conference devoted to innovative aspects of basic researchon urgent physical problems. In principle, this conference was previously directed to discussion offundamental problems. Later, since new Federal law no. 217-FZ of 02.08.2009 appeared, which allowsinstitutes of state academies to engage in innovative activity, we found it reasonable to conduct aconference to simultaneously discuss innovative activity and basic research, as well as their intimaterelationship. We have organized a very representative conference, the total number of participants isabout three hundred, delegates from various cities and countries have arrived.
