Natuna Sea AAL downsize

Research by Rystad Energy suggests that Santos’ Ande-Ande Lumut (AAL) project in the northwest Natuna Sea offshore Indonesia, which was thought to hold 107m boe, could have just 20 of the 2017 sanctioned volumes. Rystad forecasts declining Indonesian oil production to the end of the decade and a sanction of the AAL project would help to cushion the blow.
