With the aim of providing an improved and safer lit environment for tenants across its estate of 1,700 blocks of social housing, Peabody approached fixture designer and manufacturer Fern Howard, who partnered with Harvard, a world leader in the design, development and manufacture of energy saving lighting solutions, to deliver the ultimate lighting control and emergency test solution.
