Akzo Nobel snaps up US protective coatings company Ceilcote for Euro12 million

THE NETHERLANDS Akzo Nobel has acquired protective coatings business Ceilcote from the German-based KCH Group for approximately Euro 12m (16.4m).Ceilcote,established in Cleveland,Ohio in 1926,provides coatings to a range of markets including the power generation industry,mining,wastewater and the petrochemical industry.
