RPM's Tremco acquires Paris-based construction sealant supplier

US RPM's European subsidiary Tremco Illbruck International, a maker of building protection products, has acquired Prosytec from a subsidiary of Goodrich Corporation. Financial details were not disclosed. Prosytec is a provider of sealants for the construction and window assembly markets in Southern and Eastern Europe with sales of approximately 39 million (EUR26 million). Headquartered in Paris, the company has a manufacturing plant in Dijon, France. Prosytec will become part of the Tremco Illbruck International organisation, the European operating platform for Tremco.
