Anadarko bags Guyana block

Guyana has awarded US player Anadarko the deepwater Roraima Block offshore the South American country. The Guyana government has agreed with Anadarko to start studying available data to find prospects suitable for drilling on the block. It added that Anadarko had been looking for an exp- loration licence in Guyana since last year.
