Arkema announces new high solution viscosity PVDF resin

FRANCE Arkema has introduced high molecular weight Kynar polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)resins for use in cast membranes,hollow fibre membranes and binders for lithium ion battery manufacture.The Kynar resins have three to 15 times higher solution viscosities in N-methylpyrrolidone(NMP)than the Kynar resins currently used for these applications.
