New Leviathan well spuds

Noble Energy has begun drilling the Leviathan 3 well offshore Israel after receiving approval from the Ministry of National Infrastructures. The go-ahead for Leviathan 3 was given after a review of the problems encountered while drilling Leviathan 2. The drilling there was halted in the middle of May following a problem in the cementing process.
