Dear Editor, I have read with great interest and attention the review article by Mordecai and Dabke "Efficacy of exercise therapy for the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis: a review of the literature" [1]. The report adds a new insight into this controversial subject. However, I would like to express my concern regarding some aspects of this important paper.
