摘要

In the initiation of surface discharge on a plate streamlined by a gas, a plasma high-temperature gas layer occurs in the boundary region. It is shown that at the interface between the high-temperature and cold layers a tangential discontinuity of flow velocity appears in which instability develops. The character of the turbulent perturbation spectrum in the region of tangential discontinuity is considered.
