The authors describe a case of a 7-year-old girl with a severe spine deformity and repeated chest infections from birth [1]. On clinical exam, she presented a severe right-sided kypho-scoliosis and a stiff chest unable to expand. Oxygen saturation dropped to 85% when walking short distances.
