Det norske oljeselskap, Statoil and Bayemgas have submitted an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) application for the offshore Norway Draupne, Hanz and West Cable discoveries.Draupne, with the smaller discoveries at Hanz and West Cable, is one of the major finds on the Norwegian shelf in recent years and operator Det norske is planning first oil for 2015.
