Nautical Petroleum has completed the acquisition of an additional 15% stake in UK North Sea Blocks 9/2b and 9/2c including the Kraken discovery, from Canamens Energy. The transaction has been approved by the Department of Energy and Climate Change and joint venture partners. Nautical now has a 50% interest in the licence, while Canamens' stake has reduced to 20%.
