Norway Gardrofa comes up dry

Premier Oil said today that the 9/1-1 S Gardrofa exploration well in Production Licence 406 (PL 406) offshore Norway is being plugged and abandoned as a dry hole. The well was drilled about 30km west of the Yme field and about 30km south of the 17/12-1 Bream oil discovery in the southern Norwegian North Sea. It was drilled by the Bredford Dolphin to a total depth of 2,205m (7,235ft) and terminated in the Skagerrak formation in the Upper Triassic.
