Melrose gears up offshore Bulgaria

Melrose Resources is expecting to fire up its Kavarna and Kaliakra discoveries in the Bulgarian waters of the western Black Sea in the next couple ol months.Both fields are single well subsea tiebacks to the Melrose-operated Galata field platform and the Bigfoot pipe lay barge is expected to arrive on site this month to lay the two flow lines.
