Mediterranean Sea permits acquired

Kairiki Energy has struck a US 300,000 deal to acquire a 30% interest in two contiguous offshore exploration permits in the Mediterranean Sea from AuDAX Resources. Kairiki will acquire the stakes in G.R. 15 PU, located offshore the island of Pantelleria southwest of Sicily in Italian waters, and Kerkouane, which is located offshore northeast Tunisia. Previous exploration work has identified a number of prospective targets, the standout being the drill-ready Sambuca prospect with a large resource potential.
