GdF bags Caspian Sea stake

Russia's Lukoil has sold Gaz de France (GdF) a 15% stake in the Yalama exploration licence in Azerbaijan's sector of the Caspian Sea. The deal has been approved by the project's other partner, Azerbaijan's state-owned player Socar, Lukoil said in a statement.
