Fairfield Energy has tapped up Teehnip to provide subsea engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI) services for the Dunlin fuel gas pipeline project in the UK North Sea.Fairfield said a robust and reliable power supply is key to the success of mature North Sea oil fields and the construction of the gas import pipeline will allow the Dunlin platform to become fully self sufficient in fuel gas, leading to a much improved power generation capability.
