Azerbaijan expects to produce 293.2m bbl of oil and 30 Bern (1.06 Tcf) of gas in 2016, said a senior official at state-owned SOCAR, which is steady compared with 2015. Azerbaijan plans to produce 298.3m bbl of oil and 30.2 Bern (1.07 Tcf) of gas in 2015. The official said 234.6m bbl out of 293.2m bbl of oil in 2016 is expected to be produced at the main Azeri, Chirag and Guneshli (ACG) oil fields operated by BP.
