Total has firmed up more oil in its Garantiana discovery iti the Norwegian North Sea. The French operator has just completed drilling of appraisal well 34/6-3 S on the 34/6-2 S oil discovery well and wildcat well 34/6-3 A. The wells were drilled around 30km northeast of the Visund field in the northern sector of the Norwegian North Sea. Appraisal well 34/6-3 S is located 2km southwest of the 34/6-2 S discovery well.
