Technip scoops Alma/Galia gig

France's Technip has been awarded a contract for work onEnQuest's Alma and Galia development in the UK North Sea.The fields in Blocks 30/24 and 30/25 will be tied back to theEnQuest Producer Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) unit. The fields are located at a water depth of around 80m (262ft).Technip's contract covers the installation of two 10-inch production flexible flow-lines, one 8-inch water injection flexible flowline and one further 8-inch production flexible flowline.
