Rocksource has decided to reorganise its corporate structure in a bid to achieve its key objective of enabling further growth. Rocksource announced a review of its corporate structure in the company's Q2 2012 financial report. The review concluded that the company should treat its Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS) activities in the same way as those in other countries within the group. The company said in a statement: "Rocksource will therefore transfer all its NCS activities including licences, all related assets, contracts and personnel into a fully owned subsidiary of Rocksource.
