Cairn moves in Greenland

Cairn Energy has picked up interests in six hydrocarbon licences offshore west Greenland through its exploration-focused arm Capricorn.The total combined area covered by these licences is around 52,000sq km,which is equivalent to 231 North Sea blocks.Water depths in the blocks range from 300-1,400m (984-4,593ft).
