Mon well disappoints Lundin

Lundin Petroleum's Mon prospect exploration well in the Norwegian North Sea has come up dry.Well 25/5-6 reached target depth at approximately 2,500m (8,203ft). The reservoir was found as anticipated but the well encountered no hydrocarbons and is being plugged and abandoned as a dry hole, said the company.
