KCA Deutag has been handed two contracts from BP for work in the Azerbaijan sector of the Caspian Sea - with the deals worth a total of around US $360m for the initial contract and $1 Bn including all options. The first deal was awarded to KCA's Offshore unit and is for the operations and maintenance of seven platforms operated by BP in the Caspian Sea pursuant to Product Sharing Agreements (PSAs).
