Total takes North Sea stake

France's Total is acquiring a stake in the Valleys blocks in the UK North Sea from Trapoil. Total will get a 30.625% stake in licence P2032, also called the Valleys blocks, on the West Forties ridge between the West Forties Basin and the Moray Firth Basin.
