Russia's Lukoil has now produced 3m tonnes (22m bbl) of oil produced from the Vladimir Filanovsky field in the Russian sector of the Caspian Sea. Lukoil said that average production exceeded 14,000 tonnes (102,620) of oil in June 2017. The operator added that it has completed installation of the topside and the accommodation unit on substructure under Phase 2 of the Vladimir Filanovsky development plan.
