Autobar Packaging becomes Veriplast

Autobar Packaging has changed its name to Veriplast Solutions under its new owner, US-based private equity firm Sun Capital Partners. The French plastic packaging and food-service product manufacturer has also announced plans to invest in its European plants, including strategic growth in Eastern Europe.
