BIOCOMPOSITES The Spanish Technological Institute of Plastics (AIMPLAS) and the Institute of Textile Technology (AITEX) has completed the first year of its three-year project, Bioavant. Funded by the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE) and the EU, the project aims to develop a new generation of advanced bio-composites from bio-resins and natural fibres.
