Multilayer fuel lines are first graduates from Schulman Academy

Compound and masterbatch producer Schulman officially opened its Schulman Academy competence centre on 12 June at its European engineering thermoplastics business headquarters in Kerpen, Germany. The new centre is a special section of Schul-man's technical centre which opened in November 2011. The centre has been equipped with technology to function as a fluid systems development centre for pipe and tube extrusion, complete with an extruder, cor-rugators, online dimension monitoring and pipe burst testing equipment.
