Teknor Apex wraps up Sarlink acquisition

Teknor Apex has completed its acquisition of Sarlink.The deal includes Sarlink's employees, technologies, compounding capabilities and sales operations on three continents.These have now become part of Teknor Apex's thermoplastic elastomer division. Both parties declined to specify the purchase price.
