Materialise expands its FDM capacity

Belgian rapid prototyping specialist Materialise has added two new fused deposition(FDM)modelling systems at its facility in Leuven,taking its FDM machine park up to 14 units.The move gives Materialise the largest FDM capacity in Europe,the company claims,and enhances the position of FDM as a low volume manufacturing technique.
