Hdpe producers failed to achieve the anticipated gains in february and march due to strong buyerresistance.in february,closing notations were euro20/tonne lower than EPNreported last month,there was quite a mixed picture in March with some producers reporting a roll over while others saw prices increase between euro20-30/tonne.
