Weak demand halts PVC rise

Low seasonal demand meant that PVC producers failed to raise prices last month.They were hoping to receive an extra euro20-30/tonne to recover the rise in feedstock costs.However,converters dug in their heels to prevent the planned price rise.As a result prices were held at around January levels last month.
