MG suspends sale of Dynamit Nobel Kunststoff

MG Technologies of Germany has suspended the sale of its plastics arm,Dynamit Nobel Kunststoff(DNK),to US automotive supplier Flex-N-Gate.Flex-N-Gate failed to meet its obligations under the sale and purchase agreement despite the fact that the deadline was twice extended,according to MG Technologies.MG will now initiate legal proceedings against Flex-N-Gate.An MG spokesman said;"It was a must to suspend under the circumstances."
