Biaxplen progresses with BOPP plant

MATERIALS Biaxplen, an offshoot of the Russian petrochemical group Sibur, has begun to assemble the main production equipment for a new biaxial oriented polypropylene (BOPP) line at its plant in Tomsk, western Siberia.
