The medical market has proved one of the most resilient during the recession of the past 12 months and that was clearly on show at the annual Medica fair which, together with the Compamed supplier show, took place in November in Diisseldorf, Germany. Despite the economic climate, both exhibitor and visitor numbers were slighdy up on 2008 - at 4,324 and 138,000 respectively.
