Polish synthetic resins manufacturer Lerg is reported to have made a bid to purchase an 85% stake in the state owned Gamrat Plastics Works in Jaslo, Poland, which is in the process of being privatised. The move, announced by the country's Finance Ministry, follows the August failure of exclusive acquisition negotiations with Lubliniec-based vinyl flooring and nonwovens company Lentex.
