Carbon fibre frames make lighter goggles

A new design of swimming goggles weighs 12-15% less than conventional models due to the carbon-fibre reinforced poly-amide in the frames, claims the manufacturer. The Blue Fuzion goggle frames are moulded from a fibre-reinforced PA compound from Teknor Apex.
