Finland's KJK takes over Slovenia's Iskra ISD

AUTOMOTIVE Finnish investment fund KJK Capital has acquired a 51% stake in Slovenian components maker Iskra ISD. The producer supplies plastic and metal components for various manufacturers active in the automotive, electronics and home appliances industries, the state-run foreign investment agency Invest Slovenia said in a statement.
